COVID-19 Grants (CDBG-CV)

The City of Council Bluffs recently received Community Development Block Grant COVID-19 (CDBG-CV) assistance to provide assistance to local residents and businesses to ensure sustainability during the COVID-19 pandemic. Overview

The Community Development Department enhances the vibrancy of Council Bluffs via economic development and financial assistance programs, and code enforcement.
