2020 - 2021 Proficiency Test Dates
All hunters wanting to hunt in the 2018-2019 Council Bluffs Bow Hunting season must test on one of the following dates from 4 - 6 p.m.
at the Council Bluffs Recycling Center located at 4441 Gifford Rd.
