Belle's Play Garden

Belle's Play Garden is coming soon to River's Edge!

Belle's Play Garden at River's Edge features a series of Missouri River-inspired play and educational elements, interpretive seating and surface textures, and rich native plantings. Its focal point is a 15-foot-tall pelican play feature with climbing structures, a slide, intimate enclosures, and a lookout perch with sweeping views to the Omaha skyline and Missouri River banks.

Belle's Play Garden is a partnership between The Go Play Initiative (founders: the Knudtson and Davidson families), SINC, The Iowa West Foundation, Back to the River Inc., Monstrum, and Agency Landscape + Planning, and the City of Council Bluffs.

Southwest Iowa Nonprofit for Collective Impact (SINC) is conducting the fundraising and management for River's Edge Phase Four in partnership with the City of Council Bluffs.
