Roger is a Council Bluffs native where he is the President of Sandau Bros. Sign Company Inc., his family sign business, that has been open in Council Bluffs since 1985. Roger is involved with the Prevention means Progress Coalition and the Master plan committee for the Council Bluffs Community School district. Roger has been a mentor for Teammates since 2018.
Education
Roger graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School and then attended Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, IA where he received a bachelors degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management.
Experience
Roger is an experienced small business owner in the community and does corporate sales for a beef company. He is in his 2nd term on city council.
